Project Value: $3.5 Million
Overview: JBP Construction delivered the major concrete, formwork and steel packages for this Rio Tinto mine site upgrade. Construction included a new warehouse facility, ANE tanks, extension to MEM crib room, LV workshop extensions, MEM workshop extensions, bulk lubricant facility upgrade & HV refuel facility extensions. JBP poured 2,500 m3 of concrete as part of the project.

Club Hamilton Accommodation Village

Project Location: Karst Elbow, South Hedland, WA

Commence Date: August 2014

Completion Date: February 2015

Project Value: $1.8 Million

Overview: JBP Construction completed this 160 room, two storey camp project including two new laundry buildings and service elevators. JBP were the major contractor onsite carrying out the concrete and civil works, building installation, fit out, structural steel erection, detailed earthworks, drainage & landscaping. The work was completed ahead of schedule.

Hope Downs 4 NPI Works

Completion Date: May 2013- Multiple contracts
Project Value: $10 Million +
Overview: Camp Construction – Hope Downs 4 mine site saw thew installation of 920 permanent accommodation rooms, covering an area of 160,000 sqm, including sports facilities, swimming pools, dining and kitchen facilities.

NPI Works – JBP carried out the construction of 2 x Ammonium nitrate storage facilities, and the completion of Mine Site Infrastructure support facilities.

Yandi 496 Man Camp

Commence Date: July 2013
Completion Date: January 2014
Project Value: $ 2.5 Million
Overview: Yandi Sustaining project saw the expansion of Rio Tintos Accommodation requirements to an extra 496 accommodation rooms, this was part of an upgrade to existing site wide infrastructure, JBP carried out the earthworks, concreting and building installation of the new double story accommodation camp.
